How soon should I arrive before my appointment?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment.  This not only will allow you time to check in and fill out the necessary paperwork, but will also allow you to relax and get comfortable before your treatment.

Am I required to provide gratuity to my service providers?
Gratuity is optional but greatly appreciated.  All gratuities are handled at the front desk.  You can leave a cash gratuity in an envelope or add it to your check or credit card transaction.

What forms of payment does your establishment accept?
Christopher Charles accepts the following forms of payment.  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB (this is a Japanese credit card), Personal Checks, and Cash.

Does Christopher Charles offer gift cards?
Yes we do.  Gift Cards make a great gift and can be purchased in any domination.

Are there any special preparations prior to my treatment?
We suggest to drink plenty of water before any body or skin treatment.  For body treatments and pedicures that include exfoliation scrubs, we suggest shaving no less than 24 hours before your appointment to prevent any discomfort or irritation.  Slippers, robes and smocks are provided to you for your convenience.  Disposable undergarments are also provided if needed for body treatments and waxing.

Can I use my cell phone in the spa?
We ask that you limit any conversations to the front of the spa and to turn off your cell phone prior to entering the treatment room area.

What is the cancellation policy?
Please provide us with a 24-hour notice of cancellations to avoid being charged for your appointment.  If you are running late, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.  A 48-hour notice is required for multiple services.
